Introduction

This is the privacy statement of Enatom BV Enatom considers it important that your personal data is properly protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data is processed via our website. For example, we store data when you visit the website. Because we attach great importance to your privacy, your personal data is processed and secured in a careful manner. In doing so, Enatom complies with the laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data. In this privacy statement we explain which personal data we collect, for what purpose we do this and with whom it can be shared.

What data do we collect and for what purposes?

The data we collect is data about your visit to our website (including cookies, and the data you enter in the contact form and the order form). The information from the contact form is used for identification and to respond to the message. The data on the (demo request) order form is used to deliver your order and is processed in our administrative systems for invoicing and in our CRM system to stay in touch.

We therefore collect the data for identification and to be able to execute our agreement, for example to keep you informed of new developments and/or services, for example by sending newsletters. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

Website:

  • IP address
  • Information about your activities on our website
  • Other personal data that has been actively provided, for example by creating a profile on this website, in correspondence and by telephone
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • First and last name
  • Internet browser and device type

Apps:

  • First and last name
  • E-mail address
  • Information about your activities within our apps

In order to offer you a good service, it is necessary that Enatom needs the aforementioned data from you. The provision of your personal data by you to Enatom is a condition for concluding an agreement with Enatom. If you do not provide the data, it is unfortunately not possible to enter into an agreement with Enatom. Enatom processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Sending our newsletter and/or advertising brochure and DM activities
  • To call you if necessary to carry out our services
  • To inform you about changes to our services and products
  • Allow you to create an account
  • To deliver goods and services to you
  • Enatom also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data that we need for our tax return.

When visiting the website, anonymous statistics are analyzed. Visitors and/or Enatom's visitors are not individually tracked for surfing and clicking behaviour. We have set up Matomo Ethical Analytics in accordance with the instruction of the Dutch Data Protection Authority, so that the impact on your privacy is minimal.

What does this privacy statement apply to?

This privacy statement applies to all personal data that Enatom collects and processes from visitors to Enatom's websites and services. By using our website and/or services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.

If you are under the age of 16, you are only allowed to enter data on our website and with the permission of a parent or guardian who has read this privacy statement. We kindly ask you not to enter any personal data on our website without this permission.
This privacy statement does not apply to the use and processing of personal data of third-party websites that can be accessed via hyperlinks. In addition, Enatom is also in no way responsible for third-party advertisements.

Do we use cookies?

We use different types of persistent and session cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your computer, smartphone or other device when you visit our website. Session cookies are deleted after closing the browser and relate to a one-time visit. With the help of permanent cookies that, depending on the type of cookie, are stored for several years, we can recognize you the next time you visit our website.

Functional or necessary cookies

No necessary and functional cookies are used to facilitate logging into our website and to remember your settings and preferences on return visits.

Social media cookies

By placing social media cookies/plug-ins, we give you the opportunity to use the functionalities of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google/YouTube, etc. etc.) when you are logged in to these social media . These parties place cookies via their own pieces of code on our website and receive your IP address in these cases. We have no influence on the further use thereof by these third parties. Matomo Ethical Analytics

We believe in openness, privacy and 100% ownership of your data. Matomo is an open-source web analytics platform that complies with all European laws and regulations. Matomo will never sell personal information to third parties.

You have the right to be informed about the personal data processed by Matomo, a right to rectification/correction, erasure and restriction of processing. You also have the right to request from us a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format of the personal data you have provided.

We can only identify you through your email address and we can only fulfill your request and provide information if we have personal data about you from you contacting us directly and/or using our site and/or service. We cannot provide, correct or delete data that we store on behalf of our users or customers.

Clear and block cookies

Session cookies are automatically deleted after each visit. Permanent cookies can be removed at any time via the browser settings. You can also choose not to allow cookies via the browser settings. For more information about blocking and deleting cookies, you can consult the manual and settings of your browser.

How long do we store the personal data?

Your personal data will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary given the purposes for which the data was collected. For cookie retention periods, see the section on cookies in this privacy statement. In order to offer our services as well as possible, we store the data you enter. The data is stored for a period of several months, at least as long as our agreement lasts.

You can request Enatom to delete or modify data at any time. Enatom may choose not to (immediately) remove certain personal data if this is required in view of Enatom's legal retention periods, and the retention of this data does not disproportionately infringe your privacy.

Which parties have access to which personal data?

Enatom may share certain personal data with third parties when performing its services if this is reasonably necessary. These parties are:

  • IT partners who provide hosting and maintenance of the website
  • Other partners whose cookies, plug-ins, applications and/or other software we use on the website (see section on cookies)
  • Other third parties necessary for the performance of our services (suppliers,
    delivery services, mail processors, etc)

Enatom guarantees, if reasonably possible, that these third parties process the data in accordance with this privacy statement and only use it for the agreed purpose. We never sell, distribute or lease your personal data without your consent to third parties whose purpose is to use the data for direct marketing. Only if Enatom is legally obliged to do so, personal data will be provided to supervisory authorities, tax authorities and investigative authorities. In such cases, Enatom will take appropriate measures that are reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is protected in the best possible way.

How do we protect your personal data?

Enatom handles your personal data with care. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against loss, destruction or unlawful use, which are reasonable given the costs involved and the nature of the personal data. For example, the data you enter via the website is encrypted using a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your data does not fall into the wrong hands and the data is stored on secure servers of Enatom or those of a third party with which we work.

Insight into data, correction and deletion

You can always gain insight into the data that Enatom has about you. You may request access to your personal data at any time. You can also request us to correct, supplement, delete or protect your personal data if it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, or if it is otherwise processed in violation of a legal provision. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you have given permission for the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw this permission. You also have the right to data portability. Within a created account, certain data can also be changed by you at any time. If you are registered for a newsletter, each newsletter contains instructions for unsubscribing.

If you have any complaints about how we handle your data, please let us know so that we can take action. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
