This is the privacy statement of Enatom B.V. Enatom believes it is important that your personal data is well protected In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). Personal data is processed through our website. For example, we store data when you visit the website. Because we value your privacy, your personal data will be processed and secured carefully. In doing so, Enatom complies with the laws and regulations on the protection of personal data. In this privacy statement, we explain what personal data we collect, for what purpose, and with whom it may be shared.
What data do we collect and for what purposes?
The information we collect is information about your visit to our website (including cookies, and the information you enter in the contact form and order form). The information from the contact form is used for identification and to respond to the message. The information on the (demo request) order form is used to deliver your order and is processed in our administrative systems for billing and in our CRM system to stay in touch.
We therefore collect the data for identification and to be able to execute our agreement, for example to keep you informed about new developments and/or services, for example by sending newsletters. Below is an overview of the personal data we process:

In order to provide you with a good service, it is necessary that Enatom needs the aforementioned data from you. The provision of your personal data by you to Enatom is a condition for entering into an agreement with Enatom. If you do not provide the data, it is unfortunately not possible to enter into an agreement with Enatom. Enatom processes your personal data, for the following purposes:
- Sending our newsletter and/or advertising flyer and DM activities
- Calling you if necessary to perform our services
- Inform you about changes in our services and products
- Give you the opportunity to create an account
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Enatom also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
When visiting the website, anonymous statistics are analyzed. Visitors and/or Enatom its visitors are not individually tracked in surfing and clicking behavior. We have set up Matomo Ethical Analytics in accordance with the instruction of the Personal Data Authority so that the impact on your privacy is minimal.
To what does this privacy statement apply?
This privacy statement applies to all personal data that Enatom collects and processes from visitors to Enatom’s websites and services. By using our website and/or services, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy statement.
If you are under 16 years of age, you are only allowed to enter data on our website and with the consent of a parent or guardian who has read this privacy statement. We kindly ask you not to enter any personal data on our website without this consent. This privacy statement does not apply to the use and processing of personal data from third-party websites that can be accessed via hyperlinks. Enatom is also in no way responsible for third party advertisements.
Do we use cookies?
We use different types of persistent and session cookies. A cookie is a small text file placed on your computer, smartphone or other device at the time you visit our website. Session cookies are deleted after closing the browser, and relate to a one-time visit. Permanent cookies, which, depending on the type of cookie, are stored for several years, allow us to recognize you the next time you visit our website.
Functional or necessary cookies?
Necessary and functional cookies are not used to facilitate login to our website and remember your settings and preferences on repeat visits.
Social media cookies?
We, through having social media cookies/plug-ins placed, give you the ability to use functionalities of social media (Linkedin/YouTube, etc. ) when you are logged in to these social media. These parties place cookies via proprietary snippets of code on our website and receive your IP address in these cases. We have no influence on their further use by these third parties. Matomo ethical Analytics
We believe in openness, privacy and 100% ownership of your data. Matomo is an open-source web analytics platform that complies with all European laws and regulations. Matomo will never resell personal information to third parties.
You have the right to be informed about personal data processed by Matomo, a right to rectification/correction, erasure and restriction of processing. You also have the right to request from us a structured, common and machine-readable format of the personal data you have provided.
We can only identify you through your email address and we can only comply with your request and provide information if we have personal data about you through your direct contact with us and/or through your use of our site and/or service. We cannot provide, correct or delete data we store on behalf of our users or customers.

Delete and block cookies
Session cookies are automatically deleted after each visit. Permanent cookies can be deleted at any time via the browser settings. How long do we keep personal data?
Your personal data will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary given the purposes for which the data was collected. For cookie retention periods, see the Cookies section of this privacy statement. In order to provide our services in the best possible way, we store the data you enter. The data are stored for a period of several months at least as long as our agreement lasts.
You can request Enatom to delete or modify data at any time. Enatom may choose not to delete certain personal data (immediately) if required to do so in view of legal retention periods of Enatom, and the retention of this data does not constitute a disproportionate invasion of your privacy.
Which parties have access to which personal data?
In performing its services, Enatom may share certain personal data with third parties as reasonably necessary. These parties are:
- IT partners who provide hosting and maintenance of the website
- Other partners whose cookies, plug-ins, applications and/or other software we use on the website (see section on cookies)
- Other third parties necessary for the performance of our services (suppliers, delivery services, mail processors, etc)
Enatom ensures if reasonably possible that these third parties process the data in accordance with this privacy statement and use it only for the agreed purpose. Only if Enatom is required by law to do so will personal data be provided to regulators, tax authorities and investigative agencies. How do we protect your personal data?
Enatom handles your personal data with care. We take the appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, destruction or unlawful use, which are reasonable given the costs involved and the nature of the personal data. For example, the data you enter via the website is encrypted via a reliable SSL certificate to ensure that your data does not fall into the wrong hands, and the data is stored on secure servers of Enatom or those of a third party with whom we work.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data. If you have consented to the processing of personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent. You also have the right to data portability. Moreover, within a created account, certain data can be changed by you at any time.
